"well prepared is half won"

This motto was certainly true for the U - 17 National Team from Georgia.
When in the U - 17 Championship in Slovenia the team of Georgia became the sensation team!

In preparation for the Championship the Global Goals team organized the trainings camp 22.4 - 02/05/2012 in St. Veit an der Glan in the Flower Hotel.

In qualifying opponents : Finland, Bulgaria, Ukraine were defeated
In the Elite round England and Spain were sent home early.

During the European Championship Georgia lost 0-1 against Germany, however, could qualify with a 1-1 draw against France and a 1-0 victory against Iceland for the semifinals.

Unfortunate Georgia lost to 0-2 against Holland , the Winner of the Championship!
